Sautéed Peaches

Sautéed Peaches 
Makes enough for 4-6 waffles


  • 4 large peaches, washed and sliced into 1/4-inch wedges
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Melt butter in skillet on medium-high heat. Then add syrup, lemon juice, and sliced peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then toss to coat. Cook until liquid begins to thicken and peaches begin to caramelize. Spoon on top of waffles and enjoy with a hot cup of jo!
