Sloppy Joe Sliders, Creamy Mashed Russet Potatoes, Simple Green Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

These aren't your grandmother's sloppy joes! We're taking delicious short ribs and cooking them low and slow and serving alongside brioche slider buns for an adult-take (yet kid friendly!) spin on a young favorite!
