Founded by Jeremiah Cohen in 2014, Bullfrog Bagels started as an experimental small-batch home project. After being introduced on the menu of the pizzeria where Jeremiah worked, it wasn’t long before the bagels developed a cult status and landed in stores around Washington DC, including Bullfrog's H Street NE storefront. Made with District tap water and wild airborne yeast, Bullfrog Bagels are completely native and unique to the nation's capital.
