Capital Kombucha was founded by George Washington Business School classmates Daniel Lieberman, John Lee and Andreas Schneider while they were still in grad school. Balancing exams, classes, and a new growing business, Capital Kombucha was born! A few years later, the original trio are now scattered across the country, with Lieberman in San Francisco, Schneider in upstate New York, and Lee in D.C., though they're still a small operation with just a five-member production team bottling out of Mess Hall in NE DC.
