Prior to launching Crisp, Thomas Peter was a financial analyst and later a cancer researcher at Cornell University. Using his training as a scientist and interest in molecular gastronomy, Thomas has perfected the texture and flavor of the veggies he preserves, creating unique high quality pickles from only the most exceptional produce. Founded in 2012 in Hockessin, Delaware, Crisp and Co’s artisan pickles have gained widespread recognition, coming in 2nd place at the International Pickle Festival in 2014.
