Our farm partners are passionate about cultivating and harvesting only the best, tirelessly aiming for perfection in the care of their land and animals. They pay their employees fair wages and treat them with respect. They prioritize sustainability and are completely transparent about their farming practices.
Our dairy and eggs come from animals who live on pasture. All of our beef and lamb cuts are grass-fed/grass-finished and pasture raised. All other animals are raised on pasture and have their forage supplemented with GMO-free feed. All of the animals we source are humanely raised and are never-ever treated with antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones.
It's perfect alone or it's perfect added to virtually any other food. Honey cured, no nitrates or nitrites, our bacon comes from our fully pastured, heritage breed hogs raised on pasture or in woodlots with a GMO-free supplemental feed.
Perfectly sliced bacon is trimmed, leaving behind bacon ends as a by product. These perfectly delicious snack-sized pieces of bacon are great for frying and adding to a breakfast potato hash.

Full of protein and easy on the fat, beef kidneys are chock full of essential nutrients like B vitamins and iron. Beef kidneys are tough and require long braising over low, moist heat to become soft. Add chopped vegetables to the braising liquid along with the kidneys to make a stew that can be spooned over rice or mashed potatoes, or serve cooked beef kidneys with crusty whole-wheat bread to mop up the sauce.
