Specializing in traditionally fermented goods, such as kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, and pickles, Hex Ferments was started by husband and wife team, Meaghan and Shane Carpenter, as a way for Meaghan to expand on and share in her creations as an administrator-turned-food alchemist. Focusing on organic and locally grown produce sources, the Hex team creates probiotic- and enzyme-rich living foods out of own their commercial kitchen and storefront in Baltimore, MD.
