Inspired by her Indonesian heritage, Cristina set out to make a wholesome version of her favorite treat, srikaya, a spreadable coconut jam-caramel hybrid. She now makes coconut based jams, caramel sauce, and individual caramels with flavors inspired by Southeast Asia, all slow cooked in small batches using high quality natural ingredients. The primary ingredients are premium coconut milk, cane sugar, and egg yolks. The result is simply delicious, yet wholesome and dairy free.
