Moody Blues Farm
After a long corporate career as a produce buyer, Ewald August bought a 20 acre farm in 1984, which he went on to call Moody Blues Farm, in Windsor Mills, MD in anticipation of retirement. Then, in 1991, Ewald bought his first blueberry plants - a crop he became interested in during his days as a produce buyer, which are now the only crop on the farm. Moody Blues has grown to have over 1,000 blueberry bushes, and though the harvest season is short, the farm yields some of the juiciest and sweetest blueberries in the area!
