Paisley Fig is a bakery owned by husband and wife team Lizzy Evelyn and Nick Pimentel. All of their products are 100% made from scratch with the freshest, all natural ingredients.

Pastry Chef Lizzy is a graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and prior to starting Paisley Fig, she honed her skills at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Café Saint-Ex and Bar Pilar in Washington, D.C.

Co-owner Nick is a restauranteur leading the creative direction of Paisley Fig, Room 11, and Bad Saint, which was recently named #2 Best New Restaurant in the US by Bon Appetite.
