“I plan on preparing Yukgaejang (spicy beef and vegetable stew) it's a favorite korean dish of mine for a rainy day. I like adding ham hocks that have been smoked to add another layer to this broth both in flavor and texture. I grew up in new Jersey so it would be a treat the next morning having some pork roll (Taylor ham) with eggs and some mustard greens to keep it healthy… (laughing)”
