Prep Time: 30 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups Cranberries, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. Sage, rinsed, thinly sliced, and divided
- 1 medium Orange, zested and then juiced
- 1 cup Granulated or Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt to taste
In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together all the ingredients, except for half the sage. When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce to a low simmer and stir frequently. Remove from heat when sugar fully dissolves and all the cranberries have begun to pop, about 15-18 minutes. Serve warm or refrigerate overnight. Garnish with remaining Sage.
