Farmer Nolan raises his own heritage pigs on his first generation farm. These old-world breeds grow slower than conventional pigs resulting in a more flavorful pork. All of Stryker’s pigs are raised outdoors and enjoy a natural diet of non-GMO grains and grasses without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Stryker’s bacon is made using the traditional "dry rubbing" technique which concentrates the flavor of the meat. Naturally smoked with Hickory wood, it has no added Nitrates or Nitrites. This bacon has the perfect touch of local PA honey, making it ideal for breakfast or beyond! Wrap it around asparagus, crumble on top of a wedge of romaine, or add to a hearty soup or stew.

Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to a week; or freeze.

Ingredients: Pork, Sea Salt, Pennsylvania Honey.
