Passover (Corned Beef!) Style Brisket

All traditions aside - this brisket is delicately prepared in a style that's reminiscent of your favorite brisket meal.  Whether it be for a traditional Passover or a St. Patrick's Day celebration dinner, you'll be well prepared to leave everyone praising your culinary skills!

100% grass-fed beef brisket dressed with sumac, salt, pepper, olive oil, and finished with sweet onions - slowly cooked for over 24 hours to give you one of the most tender pieces of meat around.  Heat the brisket and take the remaining drippings and elevate with some red wine or a pad of butter, slice, and serve with a flavorful rich sauce. Don't worry - no one (not even your mother-in-law) will know this was almost ready when it landed on your front door.

  • 100% grassfed and grass finished beef, sea salt, black pepper, sumac, dry thyme, olive oil, yellow onions
  • Oven Method:

    1. Preheat oven to 250F. Un-bag the meat, trying to scrape the frozen juices into a sauce pan. Place the meat on a rack set in a rimmed baking tray. Place in oven for 1 - 1.5 hours until heated thru.
