At Hawthorne Valley biodynamic Farm, they have been making deliciouslacto-fermented vegetables since 1999. It started with a crock, a bumper crop of cabbage, and a little salt. The results were a hit and they have been making sauerkraut ever since!

This probiotic-rich, lacto-fermented sauerkraut is not only vibrant in color but in taste. Super crunchy, sweet and sour, makes for a great add on to salads, sandwiches, sausages and cheese plates.
